About The Event
Affectionately dubbed “SA’s MTB Party of the year”, the Savanna Origin of Trails MTB Experience is an individual 2-day MTB Stage Race.
Founded in 2013, the Savanna Origin of Trails MTB Experience routes highlight the beauty and splendor of Stellenbosch, and mountain bikers can look forward to experiencing a vast network of world-class trails while celebrating the origin of SA mountain biking.
Distances & Vertical Ascent
MTB Marathon:
Day 1: +/- 45km | 1200m
Day 2: +/- 48km | 750m
MTB Half Marathon:
Day 1: +/- 30km | 700m
Day 2: +/- 30km | 500m
