Hyrax Trekking Pole

The Hyrax Trekking pole is a 3 section pole with slim foam grip handles and a padded wrist loop to ensure maximum comfort on your next outdoor trek. Your pack weight will naturally increase in winter, due to extra layers, warmer sleeping pads and bags. This adds to the importance of including a trekking pole in your quiver. Add a snow basket, and your miles in the snow will increase, with lessened consequences of aches and pains for the remainder of your adventure.

Full Length Gaiters

The First Ascent Full Length Gaiters have a functional use in both snow and general hiking scenarios. Often, compacted snow can have gravel held in its layers, which can get caught in your boots, leading to serious discomfort. A robust 600D Ripstop fabric adds an extra layer for keeping those hindering pebbles out, and your feet from getting wet in deeper snow.
