First Ascent GIFT CARDS FAQ

HOW DO THEY WORK?

Our gift cards are purely electronic and are only delivered to the recipient email address you specify. The recipient simply enters the code they receive at checkout to redeem the gift card.

CAN I ENTER MY OWN AMOUNT?

We offer preset amounts and you can enter any amount from R100 to R5,000.

WHEN AND WHERE CAN I REDEEM THE GIFT CARD?

Gift cards expire 1 year after date of purchase and can only be redeemed online on firstascent.co.za. First Ascent Gift Cards cannot be used in any retail store.
