While every First Ascent product has been performance tested to withstand the elements, some items may show wear and tear after prolonged use. Browse our product repair guide before chucking your favourite First Ascent product in the bin.

Even technically designed and performance tested products can succumb to prolonged wear and tear.

When cutting your adventure short is not an option, refer to our general product repair guidelines below before you call it quits with your favourite gear. After all, there are too many adventures to still be had!

Have a serious repair or warranty claim?

All of First Ascent's gear is guaranteed to perform and is covered by a warranty to the original owner against any manufacturing defects. Should the fabric, materials or construction of your First Ascent product ever let you down, we commit to repair or replace your purchase at our discretion. This excludes wear and tear from normal use of the product, as well as any damage due to the improper use, alterations or modifications or an accident.

Damage that is not covered by our warranty can potentially be repaired at our Service Center in Cape Town for a nominal fee and return shipping costs.
